Strong moral and Christian values at
Our Saviour Lutheran School

In addition to the regular academic subjects, Religion is a regular part of the curriculum. Chapel services are held twice weekly.

A pastor is often on hand to supervise the operation of the school, as well as to minister to the individual spiritual needs of the students and their families. The Rev. Neil Mittelstaedt, the pastor of the Lutheran Church of Our Saviour is dedicated to seeing the school as an important part of his ministry.

The entire faculty and staff of Our Saviour are committed Christians who view their work not simply as a job, but as a calling from God to minister to children. More than teachers of academic subjects, they are role models of the Christian faith.

Christian families who may find themselves at odds with the values taught and modeled in other schools will find a family at Our Saviour which shares their views. Children from families without a strong church background will also find a caring environment which challenges them to do their best with integrity. The Biblical promise "They shall soar on wings of eagles" is a goal at Our Saviour which sharply contrasts with many other aspects of our society which tend to seek the lowest common denominator.
The Pastor and a professional counselor from Lutheran Community Services are ready to counsel with individuals and families by appointment.
