D-Train
We’ve organized a learning track to help you progress in your faith journey and understanding. Along the track there are a number of stations, which are courses. We’ve started calling this learning track the D – Train (Discipleship).
To start you on your journey, the first station is the Alpha Course.
Alpha is your opportunity to explore the Christian faith in a fun, relaxed setting. The entire course consists of ten thought-provoking weekly sessions. Read more about Alpha at Our Saviour.
The next station along is the Beta Course.
Beta is about discovering personal transformation. Christ offers power and a method for changing our thoughts, emotions, and relationships so that they convey his grace and wholeness. Eight weekly sessions.
The next station is the Gamma Course.
At Gamma you will learn how to bring the goodness of Christ into many areas of life: your family, your work, your friends, your city, the world, and the natural environment. Eight weekly sessions.
Other courses on the D-train are See Through the Scriptures, a copiously illustrated overview of the Bible narrative from beginning to end in 8 weeks, and Discovering Membership, a one evening class for those who have taken Alpha and are considering taking the step of membership.
